June Beauty Favourites

June has absolutely flown by and there have been a few beauty products that I’ve been using religiously and loving throughout the whole month. I don’t switch up my beauty routine too often but in recent weeks I’ve discovered some amazing new products, so I thought I’d share my current beauty favourites with you all.

Chanel Elegance Blush – This was love at first sight. I simply adore the colour and texture of this blush. It’s a very unique peachy shade that complements both lighter and darker skin tones and looks great with all of my pinky nude lipsticks. It has a silky smooth texture and leaves my skin radiant and healthy looking. You don’t need to use a highlighter when your blush has this beautiful glow effect.

Jo Malone Vitamin E Lip Conditioner – This has been my lip balm of choice since I got it in the beginning of April. It’s extremely moisturizing without being sticky at all. It has a glossy finish which is completely colour free and stays on the lips for hours – a lot longer than any other lip balm I have tried. I love applying it at night before going to bed, because I wake up with the softest lips the next morning.

Murad AHA/BHA Exfoliating Cleanser – I have combination skin with a tendency to get a bit of congestion,  so using an exfoliator is a must for me and this one has been amazing for my skin. It contains acids and very fine beads that gently polish the skin leaving it softer and smoother. I use it twice a week and it hasn’t dried out or irritated my skin at all. Make sure to check out my post on Murad skincare and facials to find out what other products I’m currently using.

Sunday Riley U.F.O. Ultra-Clarifying Face Oil – I have been using this oil as my night treatment for the past few weeks and I have definitely seen an improvement in the clarity and overall health of my skin. A little goes a long way with this one, so I know it will last me for ages. It is green in colour which can be a little off-putting and has a herbal scent that not everyone likes, but none of these bother me personally and I would definitely recommend it if you suffer from imperfections.

Chloé Love Story EDT – This amazing fragrance is floral, sweet and a bit citrusy at the same time. It’s light and soft and absolutely perfect for summer. It’s also surprisingly long-lasting for an eau de toilette. I’m not good at describing scents, but I checked online and some of the notes in it are bergamot, orange blossom, lily and white musk. Trust me that it is a gorgeous scent and if you can find a Chloé counter, you have to give it a try.

Dior Diorshow PumpNVolume Mascara – This seems to be everyone’s new favourite mascara and for good reason. I love the idea of a squeezable tube, because you can use your body heat to soften the formula inside and load more product onto the wand. I have to say that I’m happy with the amount of product I get out of it even without squeezing the tube, and it gives serious volume, but I know some people love a very dramatic false lash effect, so if you’re one of them, you’ll love this mascara.

What are your current beauty favourites? Let me know if you’re using any of the products I’ve mentioned today and what you think of them!

Teodora xx
